Convert a Dynamic User account to Static account

Dynamic users can be converted to a static account by finding the user in the user list, clicking on the role and choosing a static role.

Note: due to a bug in the platform, the next login by the modified user will need to be by local email & password. The user can set the initial password using the Forgot Password option. After login they can click their avatar in the upper right and select to convert back to Single Sign-on.
